Fresh domains on clean IPs, correct DNS and sane limits get you the same starting point as any provider. What happens after that is your list and your copy. We do not promise open rates. If a domain burns, we rebuild its mailboxes on a new domain for free; you pay only the new domain.

Outboxes supplies independent email accounts on our own EU-hosted infrastructure. You connect them using your tool’s Other provider / SMTP option, with the settings prepared for you. They are not Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 seats; choose those providers if your workflow specifically requires them.

We prepare a CSV file for bulk account import into Instantly or Smartlead. Upload it, map fields if prompted and check the connection results. Your tool subscription is separate. For another sending tool, ask us to confirm compatibility before ordering.

No. On your order page you type your brand, our AI suggests look-alike domains that are actually available, you pick the ones you like, and we register them in your name for €12 per domain per year. Or bring your own and add the DNS records we show you.

Cancel within 14 days of your first order and we refund the mailbox plan in full; domain registrations are the one thing we cannot take back. After that, cancel any month and the paid period simply runs out.

Order before 14:00 CET and your mailboxes are ready the next working day. New domains still need warm-up in your sequencer before real volume, usually two weeks, like everywhere. Limits start low and go up to 50 sends a day per mailbox after warm-up.

Servers in Germany, company in Luxembourg, invoices with EU VAT number. Mailbox hosting is in Germany. Our privacy policy describes the other providers used for payments and account services.
