Shared-pool SMTP (Mailforge, Mailpool, Maildoso): cheapest per mailbox, your reputation rides with everyone else's. Resold Google or Microsoft seats (Zapmail, Mailscale, Mailpool): $3 to $5 a seat and dependent on Google's cold-email policy. Dedicated server (Mailreef, Infraforge with the IP add-on, Outboxes Agency): your own IPs, a flat bill, meant for agencies.
Minimums (10 to 30 mailboxes), domain fees ($12 to $15 a year or one-time), dedicated-IP add-ons ($99 to $200 a month), per-send meters ($0.001 an email adds about $135 a month at 4,500 sends a day), daily limits (15 a day on some plans) and annual lock-ins for the headline price. The table lists each of these where the vendor publishes them.
