Four steps, one working day. A person checks every order, so the mailboxes that go out are ones we would send from ourselves.
Pick how many domains, or the agency flat rate. Tell us your sender names (one per mailbox, up to five per domain; we recommend three for new domains) and which sequencer you use. Pay by card; EU VAT numbers are reverse-charged.
Bring your own and add the DNS records we show on your order page, or type your brand into the AI domain finder, pick from look-alike domains that are actually available, and we register them in your name for €12 a year each.
A person reviews the order within the hour on working days and refuses anything that looks like spam (refunded in full). Then we point the domains, set SPF, DKIM, DMARC and a tracking domain, create the mailboxes with sane sending limits and reply forwarding, and test every one.
Order before 14:00 CET and your CSV for Instantly or Smartlead, plus SMTP/IMAP details, is on your order page the next working day. Start warm-up in your sequencer; limits rise to about 50 sends a day per mailbox after two weeks.
Your order page shows status, DNS, files and invoices, and lets you cancel. A person answers email 09:00–18:00 CET on working days. If a domain burns, we rebuild its mailboxes on a new domain for free; you pay only the new domain.
We do not run your campaigns, promise open rates, or sell you a sending platform. We do the infrastructure part properly and hand it to the tool you already use.
Order before 14:00 CET and they are ready the next working day. New domains still need about two weeks of warm-up in your sequencer before real volume.
No. The AI domain finder on your order page suggests available look-alike domains and we register the ones you pick in your name, €12 per domain per year.
We refund it in full. We refuse orders that look like spam or phishing, because they would burn the IPs everyone else shares.
Order online, a person checks it within the hour, and your CSV for Instantly or Smartlead is on your order page the next working day.
