Keep your sequences, lead lists and campaign workflow in Smartlead. Outboxes supplies the email accounts you connect to it. Your campaign subscription is not replaced or included.
We create your accounts, configure and check the domain records, and prepare the connection file. If you manage your own domains, we give you the exact records to add and help with questions.
Download the prepared CSV from your private order page and upload it into Smartlead. The file contains the settings, so you do not need to work them out account by account.

We configure the accounts and prepare the import file. You upload it and check the connection result. If your domain is managed elsewhere, we provide its records and help with setup questions.
It uses bulk CSV import: download your prepared file, upload it, map fields if prompted and check the results. There is no automatic account connection or native OAuth integration.
These are independent email accounts on our own EU-hosted infrastructure, connected through the Other provider / SMTP option. They are not Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 seats. You do not need to configure the servers yourself.
Your accounts are ready to connect the next working day for orders before 14:00 CET, subject to the domain records being in place. Warm new accounts gradually in your sending tool before campaign volume. Delivery and inbox placement depend on your audience, content, settings and sending practices.
€3.90 per domain per month includes up to five email accounts on each domain, with a minimum of five domains. Domain registration and your Smartlead subscription are separate. Cancel any month; the first mailbox-plan month has a 14-day money-back policy, excluding domain registrations.
We also prepare a Smartlead or Instantly import file. Other tools must support both sending and receiving through SMTP/IMAP. Ask us to check your tool before you order; we do not promise an untested one-click integration.
Order online, a person checks it within the hour, and your CSV for Instantly or Smartlead is on your order page the next working day.
